The most vital asset at IU Health has been and will always be its team members. Their heroic work since March and now a second, more significant COVID surge after an already exhausting season is redefining the work, expectations and needs of each and every IU Health team members, especially the front-line care teams. They need hope, encouragement, and motivation to keep pushing forward.

The greater good. It’s a bond that unites IU Health team members and other healthcare workers across the state. They pour themselves into what they do. Serving patients expertly and, sometimes, thanklessly. There are some days that are hard and other days that are harder. IU Health members are exhausted, tired, and some are losing hope during the pandemic. But they keep showing up for our communities day in and day out.
IDEA
We've created a campaign that depicts empathy and encouragement to promote genuine gratitude to all IU Health members. A campaign that will ensure every IU Health team member feels the love and support, so that they may be inspired and energized to carry-on their vital work. Their daily work is a demonstration of love, so we created a digital and an OOH campaign to reciprocate that love beyond the white walls of IU Health.
