NBC Sports came to us with a big challenge. They have a huge audience that's in need of streamlined and targeted content that's more relevant based on subscriptions. The clients wanted to create a templated newsletter that can work across different sports categories to promote and engage users with their services on their platform.
I worked and collaborated with a full team of creative, strategists, and developers to achieve an automated newsletter that integrated live data and optimized content for a trigger based subscriptions. This approach also enabled us to easily test content based on what the user clicks on the most. The winning content was optimized to the rest of the population in certain sections of the newsletter which made it even more personalized.
